Every December I promise myself I'll plan his Christmas picture outfit early, and every December I end up digging through his drawer the night before. This year I got ahead of it. The red plaid shirt and navy vest give him the little gentleman look Grandma always asks for, and since the cords pull on and the boots zip up the side, I can get him dressed while he's still talking about presents.
